Not all “Spanish programs” are the same. Bilingual Beginnings is Magnolia’s only full Spanish immersion preschool where language is intentionally taught, not just spoken. Through a structured curriculum led by native Spanish-speaking teachers, children build real comprehension, confidence, and fluency, not just exposure.

The Earlier, the Better
Young children are naturally equipped to learn and retain new languages. Research from Cornell University shows that early exposure to a second language supports strong cognitive development and does not cause confusion or delay. In fact, children in immersive environments, where the language consistently surrounds them, can develop grammatical understanding comparable to their native language and are more likely to achieve high levels of proficiency over time.

We Don’t Just Speak Spanish, We Teach It
Our curriculum is intentionally designed for non-native Spanish speakers to achieve high levels of proficiency. Research shows that children in full-immersion programs develop stronger language skills than those exposed to the language for only part of the day or in dual-language settings. At Bilingual Beginnings, our native Spanish-speaking teachers intentionally teach Spanish through a structured, research-based approach to help your child build confidence and achieve real proficiency.

At Bilingual Beginnings, every detail of our classroom has been thoughtfully designed for children ages 3 to 5. In collaboration with RELCO Design Build, we created a space that fosters independence, curiosity, and confidence; including a toddler-sized bathroom that empowers children to build self-sufficiency, along with carefully prepared learning areas for hands-on exploration.
