The process

01

Submit an Interest Form

Families start by submitting an interest form (no fee required).

This places them on our interest list so we can stay in touch about availability and tours.

Schedule a Tour

When a space becomes available, we’ll invite families on the interest list to tour the school.

Application & Deposit

If you’re offered a spot after the tour, you’ll be asked to complete a formal application and pay:

  • $100 non-refundable registration fee
  • A $50/month deposit to hold your child’s spot until their start date (credited toward tuition)

Enrollment Confirmation

Once your application and fees are received, your child’s spot is officially reserved.

  • A $200 supplies fee is due at enrollment and every September thereafter.

Complete Enrollment Paperwork

Before your child’s first day, we’ll provide all required documents, including:

  • The Parent Handbook
  • Policy Agreements (e.g., guidance, emergency, illness policies)
  • Authorized pick-up list, immunization records, and other required forms

Tuition Begins

Tuition payments begin once your child officially starts attending.

Your deposit will be credited toward your first month’s tuition.
